.NET technologies for building and running connected systems

Stromboli employs Microsoft .NET technologies to build and run connected systems. A new breed of communications infrastructure built around the Web services architecture is emerging. Using advanced Web services implemetations Stromboli builds secure, and reliable transactional messaging systems, while maintaining interoperability. Stromboli has adopted a service-oriented programming model built on the Microsoft .NET Framework to simplifies development of connected systems and maximise the value its work provides to customers.

• Reporting Services in SQL Server 2000 and now 2005 - Reporting Services has been brought forward from the 2005 release and made available free of charge to users of SQL Server 2000. Read how this first-class reporting platform can add value to existing and new applications



• Indigo - Indigo is the new unified programming model from Microsoft for building Service-Oriented Applications. As with Reporting Services, Microsoft has decided to accelerate the uptake of the new technology by making it available for use on the existing platform, in this case: Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.
